Welcome to Dulse Living. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, showroom bookings, and purchase agreements made with Dulse Living. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Our furniture products, including the Seagrass Coastal collections, Driftwood Loft tables, and Ocean Slate cabinets, are subject to availability. Because we use organic, naturally weathered driftwood and custom-woven seagrass, variations in tone, color, shape, and size are to be expected. These natural variations do not constitute defects but are defining premium features of Dulse Living products.
If you submit a custom order inquiry through our contact form or in our Amsterdam showroom:
Delivery services are coordinated throughout the Netherlands. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your specified address. Title to the goods passes to you only upon full receipt of payment by Dulse Living.
Dutch consumer rights regulations apply to all standard product purchases. You are entitled to standard legal conformity guarantees under Dutch civil code. Any customized elements made to client specifications are exempt from standard statutory withdrawal periods under Dutch consumer laws.
Dulse Living shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific furniture piece in dispute.
These Terms and Conditions, and any contracts or disputes arising therefrom, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. All legal disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent Court of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
